We are known first and foremost by our existing customers for having one of the largest lighting specific showrooms in the East Midlands, where our friendly and experienced staff are able to demonstrate every aspect of the thousands of products we have on display. When our web designers asked how we wanted this new website to look and feel, the answer was very simple – to be a clear reflection and extension of our showroom operation. To convey the pride we take in our friendly, professional and flexible approach to customer service. And above all to demonstrate that we care about getting it right for you, our customers.
Whether you are browsing the website with a view to visiting the showroom, searching for inspiration or just placing an order, we hope that your experience is enjoyable and that we meet your expectations. For many customers, part of the enjoyment is in the research, and finding solutions to problems unaided.
