Nottingham Lighting Centre aims to deliver your order as promptly and as efficiently as possible. Our courier partners will contact you by text message or email on the morning of delivery to notify you of a one hour delivery slot. Should you be unable to accept delivery, you will have options to redeliver on another day, leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.
If for any reason we have any availability issues with any products ordered, a member of staff will contact you immediately. We will advise you as to the nature of the issue and you will have the option of cancelling the order and receive a full refund, or wait until we are able to ship.
